When will I receive my order?
All orders are delivered within 2-6 working days.

How can I check my order status?
You can track your order on our website through your account. In addition, we will contact you via email to notify you when the order gets dispatched. How will the delivery be done?
We deliver all orders with our trusted logistics partner. In rare cases, where the pin code is not serviceable, we use alternative partners for deliveries.

Are you accepting orders on cash on delivery?
Yes, we are accepting COD orders.
Exchange Policy
We don't have an exchange policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return in accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in ensuring the quality of every order dispatched from our end. We care for you and that is why, right from sorting, grading, processing, roasting, and packaging, everything is done with great care and attention, following stringent quality checks.

Returns and Refund will only be done within 48 hours of receiving the order. Opened products cannot be returned, refunded or exchange.

To eligible for a return and refund, your product must be in the same condition that your received it, unopened or unused , and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
